I was really excited when I ordered this boot due to its chic style, awesome heel shape and quality leather BUT the second I opened the box I was disappointed because the color was not as pictured. Rather than a true red, as I expected, it was a washed out, orange-pinkish looking color. Kind of like a red that had been left out in the sun to fade. Probably great if you're looking for a "vintage" red, but I was searching for a X-mas boot, a deep blood red - this wasn't it. I returned the boot with no problems THANKS TO AMAZON, but I just wanted to let other red boot-shoppers in the loop, since pretty and affordable red boots can be difficult to find....

Kinda baggy around the calves. Also I got them one size too bit becuz that's all they had. Unfortunately they are too big. That part is on me.
