I ordered the Olive, very nice subtle color. The suede is very soft, will definitely have to treat before first wear. The boot fits true to size, I'm a true 5.5 and these fit like a 5.5. Little room for a sock but not so much that my foot is slipping. Would recommend to anyone looking for a casual, comfortable pair of boots.

shopgirl, April 21, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Timberland Women's Shoreham Desert Boot (Apparel) For this whole winter season I've been looking for suede olive green boots to go with this army green jacket I wanted to purchase. I had no luck finding an everyday comfortable pair that wasn't high heeled yet not a totally flat pair and was comfortable. Well winter came and went, then by chance I came across these Timberland Desert boots and they are so perfect, these boots are comfortable, the right height for everyday wear and the color is not a dull olive green. Now I have to go and purchase that army jacket and I'm set for the fall. Plus I got a wide width that looks narrow (smile) and the price was half of what I would have paid for elsewhere. This was a great buy. I'll give these boots four and a half stars only cause I never wore them outside. I wore them around the house and they're great, I don't imagine any problems.
